WealthBuild built this site to help parents and guardians understand Trump Accounts and decide whether to open one for their child. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about your information.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Email addresses you submit through a form on this site, such as requesting the downloadable guide, requesting your calculator results by email, or signing up for news and deadline updates.
  • Inputs you provide to the eligibility, ZIP-match, and growth calculators, such as a birth year, a ZIP code, or a contribution amount.
  • Messages you send to the Ask Yoli assistant, so we can generate and improve responses.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for basic site functionality and for analytics.
  • Analytics identifiers, such as page views, referring pages, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the materials you requested, such as the guide or your calculator results.
  • Respond to questions you ask through the site or the Ask Yoli assistant.
  • Send you news and deadline updates if you opt in, and other communications about WealthBuild.
  • Measure and improve site performance, content, and the assistant's answers.
  • Meet legal, security, and compliance obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it with a small set of service providers who help us run this site, each bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

  • HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform, stores your contact record and the information tied to it.
  • Anthropic processes the messages you send to the Ask Yoli assistant in order to generate a response.
  • Resend delivers the transactional emails you request, such as the guide or your calculator results.
  • Our analytics vendor receives page-view and usage data to help us understand how the site is used.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records in HubSpot for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete them. We keep analytics data in aggregate form for as long as it is useful for improving the site, and we do not retain full assistant conversation transcripts longer than necessary to operate and improve the service.

Your choices

You can decline to submit any form on this site and still read the educational content. You can unsubscribe from news and deadline emails at any time using the link in those emails.

Access, correction, and deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us at privacy@wealthbuild.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as the site and its features change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
